that guarantee maximum security and confidentiality. Data will be stored at our headquarters in
Viale Monza, 16, Sovico (MI) or at the headquarters of the parent company or third parties indicated
from time to time in order to provide the services, for the time strictly necessary for the
aforementioned purposes, and for no longer than the time prescribed by law. In compliance with current
regulations, specific security measures are taken to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or improper
use and unauthorized access. Minors under age 18 may provide personal data only with adult consent –
for example a parent or guardian. The user shall hold Reggiani Spa Illuminazione harmless and indemnify
it and its affiliates from any injury, loss or harm in general, either personal or to property, arising
from the acceptance of or participation in the sites.
For contractual and administrative-accounting purposes, the personal data will be stored solely
for the period required to achieve the administrative purposes for which the data was collected and

A data subject shall have the right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 4.
